My Birthday Eve; Conscience Kicks In.

It's March 3rd. Awww..and I expect only one thing. I expect March 4th to come and greet me. Then I'll be 24.

Wow. 24. Can't believe that i'm 24.

I was out with my friends the other day and this topic about us becoming 24 came up. And we talked and talked 'til i have to ask one question, "We are 24 isn't it? What have we achieved?".

Everybody was silenced. Got a 'thinking face' on their looks and so was i.

Damn, we haven't quite achieved anything...then we started talking about our Fantasy Football team. Haha. Lot of thinking happened that night.

I got back pretty late and I have to sit in front of my lappy and think. Then I went online and Google everything about 'achievements'. I came across this article.

How to Make a Million Before You Graduate

Dayyummm. A million before graduating? Sheesh~


I've read a book called Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell; in his writings he talked about the success of Bill Gates and others who made fortunes. And he talked about the "10,000-Hours Rule". Gladwell repeatedly mentions the "10,000-Hours Rule", claiming that the key to success in any field is, to a large extent, a matter of practicing a specific task for a total of around 10,000 hours.

When I read this How to Make a Million Before You Graduate article, I know that I was unable to achieve a million dollar of income before I graduate. Why? Because I was in Dungun, Terengganu. Studying Culinary Arts.

In that article, most of 'em who became rich, have one thing in common, they use the internet to generate their fortune. In Dungun, we have limited internet connection! That's why I wasn't able to become rich before I graduate! (T.T)

The only thing I'm great at is being lazy. I know I've spent more than 10,000 hours doing it, so that's why I'm great at it. (T.T)

In the eve of my birthday; March 4th, I am reviewing everything just to make sure when I'm 34, I'm already a millionaire. Hush hush. Need to rush everything.

Damn conscience, it have to be now that I realize I haven't quite achieve anything? Why can't you say something sooner?
